After proudly serving the schools in our WW-P school district for 28 years, it is with much regret that we share the news of the WW-P Education Foundation’s closure. The official dissolution of the Foundation took place on June 30th, 2023.

Throughout its existence, the Foundation has made contributions of over $500,000 towards the district’s innovative and educational endeavors.

More information about the grants is available on https://wwpeducationfoundation.org/our-programs/

During the FY-2022-2023 the Foundation distributed $47,583 towards Excellence in Education and Special Grants. In line with the Foundation’s mission and commitment, the school district received the remaining balance of $50,026.60 on June 30th, 2023 to support “STEAM” programs and initiatives.

These funds are intended to benefit our WW-P district students and will be utilized within the next two years.

We express our sincere gratitude to all who have been part of this remarkable journey, and we remain proud of the positive impact the Foundation has made on our schools and community.

We would also like to acknowledge and commend our exceptional high school and middle school student volunteers. Since the establishment of the Youth Committee in 2010, our youth component has been an integral part of our Foundation. Through their unwavering commitment and dedication, they have organized numerous community-focused events and fundraisers, showcasing exceptional leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills. Their contributions have been invaluable, leaving a lasting impression on our organization and the community we serve.

Thank you, Youth Committee, for being an essential part of our journey.

Who We Are

We are a private, nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Founded in 1995 by parent and community volunteers as an outcome of the school district’s first strategic planning initiative, we have funded over 300 classroom and school grants to teachers, staff and high school students in the WW-P Regional Schools.
